Regardless of your current lifestyle, level of fitness or age, Meighlin's unique approach to yoga, meditation and mindfulness will greatly improve your health and well-being. She offers specific and effective practices that calm the mind and create greater ease in your body.
Meighlin is trained in traditional Hatha Yoga, and certified in Trauma Sensitive and Pre & Postnatal Yoga. She studied Positive Psychology through Harvard Health and Mindfulness, as well as Ayurveda, meditation, mantras and mudras with Dr. David Frawley at the American Institute of Vedic Studies.

Meighlin assists clients in improving their health and well-being through specific wellness practices, breathwork, mindfulness, yoga asana and meditation techniques suited to each clients unique needs. She provides ongoing coaching and support.
