Meighlin is trained in traditional Hatha Yoga, with certification in Trauma Sensitive and Pre & Postnatal Yoga. She studied with Swami Muktibodhananda, Swami Mahesh and is currently studying Ayurveda and Yoga with Dr. David Frawley (Pandit Vamadeva Shastri) at the American Institute of Vedic Studies and Mindfulness through Wilfrid Laurier University.
She offers insightful and inspiring all-level private and group classes, as well as workshops, online courses, Yoga Teacher Trainings and retreats that nourish the body, mind, and spirit. She weaves the wisdom of Ayurveda, and the eight limbs of yoga into her sessions, in a way that students can relate to and apply in their daily life.
