Meighlin is trained in traditional Hatha Yoga, and certified in Trauma Sensitive and Pre & Postnatal Yoga. She studied with Swami Muktibodhananda, Swami Mahesh, and Dr. David Frawley at the American Institute of Vedic Studies. She has studied Positive Psychology through Harvard Health and is trained in Mindfulness.  

 

She offers insightful and inspiring workshops, a transformational 6-Month Uplevel Your Health & Well-being Program, a 6-Video series to increase mobility and flexibility,  a Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training, a 'Journey Through the Chakras' 7-Week online course, and international retreats that nourish the body, mind, and spirit. She weaves the wisdom of Ayurveda, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology and the eight limbs of yoga into her teachings in a way that students can relate to and apply in their daily life.

Yoga is a gift to humanity at a time when its wisdom and teachings are much needed. With all the wonderful advances in technology and higher quality of living, without ways to balance our often stressful, hectic lifestyles, we can develop physical, mental and emotional stress-related illnesses.

Yoga provides a place of grace where one can reconnect with one's authentic self, access the calm spaciousness within and bring that quality of being into daily life.​ 

Meighlin's intention is to offer practical suggestions for greater health, tools to help calm the mind for greater peace, to inspire you to fulfil your dreams and offer intuitive insight to assist you on your spiritual path. This knowledge is woven into her classes and offered as well through private consultations.
