Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this three month yoga program will provide insightful knowledge and yoga practices that aren’t generally taught in studios. We’ll move through variations of asana, incorporate mudra, learn pranayama, and develop a meditation practice.
It is said it takes three weeks to create a new habit and three months to instil it. You will learn techniques and practices for your wellbeing and those you love.
You’ll be amazed how powerful these practices are!
Abhyasa translates from Sanskrit as ‘practice.’ The beauty of a consistent yoga practice that incorporates asana, pranayama, mudras and meditation is that we begin to achieve a tranquil state of being, and experience greater wellbeing within ourself and harmony in our life.
September 11th - November 27th, 2021 | Saturdays | 10am-11:45am
We’ll begin our practice with a guided meditation, followed by pranayama, mudras and the asana practice. You can practice from the comfort of your home, connecting each week, as this is online, with recording available should you miss a session.
