Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation are ancient traditional practices to bring balance to your body, mind and connect you to the Divine within.  After years of studying, teaching and observing my students I know the power of these practices to create vitality, heal from a range of mental, emotional and physical issues, and elevate your well-being.

The mind-body connection is so powerful that what happens to one affects the other. Think of how your body is affected by worry. And, how your mind is affected when your body is weak or sick. The wonderful thing is, that you can learn specific practices to train your mind to positively affect your health. You can integrate specific physical practices of Yoga and Ayurveda to increase vitality, strength, flexibility and beauty.  You can tap into the still point within to gain greater clarity on your true heart's desires, rather than feeling doubtful and confused.

Yoga , Ayurveda practices and mindfulness techniques calm the mind, help manage emotions and release stress. Mental stress can lead to anxiety, depression and insomnia. But, there's no need to suffer. These practices ease anxiety, lift heavy feelings and provide deep sense of calm.

Weekly Ayurveda Sessions - 12 Sessions

Weekly Ayurveda wellness sessions introduce you to Dinacharya, daily self-care practices, and provide a clear understanding your dosha, with specific practices to achieve greater vitality and balance. Each four sessions will focus on one of the three doshas providing specific practices to apply in your daily life for optimal health and wellbeing.

Weekly Yoga Sessions  - 12 Sessions

Coming together as a group to practice helps maintain motivation as you share energy and are supported.

Each week will be focused on an area of the body through asana/poses, a mudra, mantra and a pranayama.


Whether you are healing from an injury, have a medical condition you seek to heal, want to increase mobility, flexibility & strength in your body, seek greater emotional or mental wellbeing or simply desire to feel more at ease in your life in general, these weekly Yoga classes will help you achieve the results you seek.

Weekly Mindfulness/Meditation Sessions - 12 Sessions

Mindfulness trains the mind to recognize patterns that are creating stress and provide tools to different choices. It allows us to give a greater quality of attention to the present moment. It is well known to increase our mental, physical and emotional well-being.

There is only so long that we can put things off before the path to wholeness becomes longer and more challenging. Don't take that route. Instead, take confidence in yourself that yes, you can feel whole, happy, well-rested, calm, limber, and strong. 

In addition to all the above, you'll receive a 45 minute private session. We'll go over your current state of wellness and where you want to be, how you want to feel, and what you seek to experience, now and in the future.

Journey through the Chakras and discover how the chakras are affecting which areas of your life. This will be an insightful course that will introduce you to each of the seven chakras and their development at different stages of your life. You'll learn specific pranayama, mudras, seed madras, and yoga asana to assist in balancing each of them.

Working with your chakras facilitates awareness into areas of your life you may be stuck or unbalanced.

The material will be presented with an introduction to the chakra, the yantra associated with the chakra, and the seed mantra. The pranayama and mudras will assist in balancing the chakra.
