Whether you are healing from an injury, addressing a physical health issue, or seeking to manage emotional or mental health issues, Meighlin shares specific practices that increase your health & wellbeing. She is insightful and gifted at guiding students through a deeply nourishing yoga practice to increase strength, flexibility, focus and experience greater calmness of mind.

You will be safely guided through movement, breath and mindfulness practices that will nourish and heal your body, mind and spirit.

 She's worked with clients struggling with insomnia, anxiety, deep grief, joint pain, bursitis, back issues, frozen shoulder, and a wide range of other physical, mental and emotional issues.
