Stretch Yoga Class

Keep your body limber with this mid-week Stretch Class! 

Running, hiking and winter sports are wonderful ways to keep active, build strength and endurance and keep your heart healthy. Yet, it's equally important to stretch and increase flexibility for greater ease of movement and to prevent injury. 

Join me on Wednesday mornings at 10 am for a 45-minute stretch class.
