Yoga and Meditation are ancient traditional practices to bring balance to your body, and mind. I have developed a progressive and complete yoga and stretch program, and additional Ayurveda workshops to increase your well-being. After years of studying, teaching and observing my students and clients I know the power of these practices to create vitality, heal from a range of mental, emotional and physical issues, and elevate your well-being above what may seem possible.

We live in a very busy world that pulls us energetically in a multitude of directions that can leave us feeling scattered and overwhelmed. We experience extreme fatigue, which can become chronic and lead to a number of health issues. Yet, there are very specific practices to effectively manage stress and thrive.
Along with the physical benefits of yoga for the body, yoga practices and mindfulness techniques calm the mind, help manage emotions and release stress. Mental stress can lead to anxiety, depression and insomnia. The practices I teach ease anxiety, lift heavy feelings and provide deep calm to help sleep well.

We'll go over your current state of wellness and where you want to be, how you want to feel, and what you seek to experience, now and in the future. We'll meet weekly for a 60-minute private session to create an individualized personal sequence that will serve you best.

Live All-levels Hatha Yoga Group Class - 6 Months
Coming together as a group to practice helps maintain motivation as you share energy and are supported.
Each week will be focused on an area of the body through asana/poses, along with a specific mudra, a mantra and pranayama.

Meditation - 6 Months
Research has shown that meditation increases self-awareness, reduces negative emotions, increases imagination and
creativity, patience and tolerance, lower resting heart rate & resting blood pressure and improves sleep quality
Weekly meditation - (5-minute to 20-minute meditation audios)
Live Yin Yoga Group Class - 6 Months
Mobility and flexibility allow for a greater range of movement. We all know that uncomfortable feeling of being stiff and tight, much so that basic movement feels difficult and limited. Yet, there are specific mobility exercises and stretches that will create ease of movement, which provides a beautiful experience of freedom in the body as well as tones the body for increased strength.

Monthly Ayurveda Workshop - 6 Months
Ayurveda is known as the ‘sister science’ to Yoga. A ‘life science’ that offers you a way to vibrant health through self-care practices. Each month will be focused on one of the dosas, with suggestions for balancing each dosha with herbal suggestions, lifestyle choices, and specific Ayurvedic practices. Additionally receive a Dinacharya daily self-care practices for optimal health information PDF and a copper tongue scraper, to begin your wellness journey

Do you have tight shoulders, 'frozen shoulder', or neck pain? Is it frustrating to bend down to pick something up, because getting back up feels challenging? Are you concerned about falling because your hips are so tight and your range of mobility is getting less? Are your hamstrings, quads and calves so tight that movement is awkward and uncomfortable?
Mobility and flexibility allow for a greater range of movement. We all know that horrible feeling of being stiff and tight, so much so that basic movement feels difficult and limited. Yet, there are specific mobility exercises and stretches that will create ease of movement, which provides a beautiful experience of freedom in the body as well tone the body for increased strength.
There are key movements that you can do to ease the tension and tightness and increase mobility and flexibility in your body, in a relatively short period of time. I've created a 6-video series that provides specific exercises and stretches for your shoulders and neck, low back and hips, and hamstrings, quads and calves. In addition to the videos are six private sessions, to target the practices to your specific needs. We will give extra attention to the specific areas in your body that are tense and tight. You will have simple, specific practices that will yield you great results. Your posture will improve, your range of movement will increase, and you will experience greater freedom and ease in your body.
You receive six videos focused on:
* Shoulders & Neck
* Back & Hips
* Hamstrings, Quads & Calves
These include specific mobility exercises, stretches and yoga poses targeted at an area of your body, addressing common issues. In addition, are six private sessions to focus on your specific needs.
I am an expert at observing, adjusting and teaching how to realign the body for greater ease and range of movement. We will integrate practices from the videos to ensure they are done safely, correctly and effectively. These are invaluable, as you will have a clear understanding of what to do, how to do it and how often to continue doing it. You will also have unlimited access to all six videos.
The hard truth is that if you don't do it now, it will only continue in the direction it's going. There are such simple and effective practices available to you in this series and easy and effective ways to create more freedom in your body, that there's no reason to delay.

Fundamentals of Yoga 2hrs Workshop
Knowing the correct alignment of an asana is important for safely placing the body in a way that protects the joints, provides a solid foundation for asana variations and allows a natural progression that supports and nourishes the body and mind, rather than fatiguing it. Why does an asana feel awkward or uncomfortable? Why does a particular pose seem so inaccessible? I created the Foundational Yoga Workshop to answer these questions.
Asana translates in Sanskrit as a comfortable, easy position. When the body is aligned one's physiology is more efficient and performs more effectively. It requires more energy to hold one's body out of alignment. Issues resulting from the compensation of different muscle groups to maintain a particular position.
This 2 hrs workshop will provide you with a solid foundation and an understanding of proper alignment, to gain greater strength and flexibility while maintaining the necessary balance in each asana, to progress in your yoga practice.
