This 12-week program begins with where you are at. It's all levels and incorporates specific wellness practices for you to implement into your life immediately.  Along with yoga and stretch, you'll also receive monthly nutrition and fitness workshop with an expert trainer!

Yoga and Meditation are ancient traditional practices to bring balance to your body, and mind. I have developed a progressive and complete yoga and stretch program, and additional wellness workshops to increase your well-being.  After years of studying, teaching and observing my students and clients I know the power of these practices to create vitality, heal from a range of mental, emotional and physical issues, and elevate your well-being above what may seem possible.

We experience extreme fatigue, which can become chronic and lead to a number of health issues. Yet, there are very specific practices to effectively manage stress and thrive.


Along with the physical benefits of yoga for the body, yoga practices and mindfulness techniques calm the mind, help manage emotions and release stress. Mental stress can lead to anxiety, depression and insomnia. The practices I teach ease anxiety, lift heavy feelings and provide deep calm to help sleep well.

Private Yoga/Wellness Sessions  12 Sessions

We'll go over your current state of wellness and where you want to be, how you want to feel, and what you seek to experience, now and in the future. We'll meet weekly for a 45-minute private session to create an individualised personal sequence that will serve you best. Each month we'll adapt the sequence as your flexibility, strength and increase.

Weekly All-Levels Yoga Live Stream 12 Sessions

Coming together as a group to practice helps maintain motivation as you share energy and are supported. 

Each week will be focused on an area of the body through asana/poses, along with a specific mudra, a mantra and pranayama.

Weekly Stretch 12 Sessions

Mobility and flexibility allow for a greater range of movement. We all know that horrible feeling of being stiff and tight, so m much so that basic movement feels difficult and limited. Yet, there are specific mobility exercises and stretches that will create ease of movement, which provides a wonderful experience of freedom in the body.

Every Wednesday from 11 am-12 pm (recorded & available for replay)

Monthly Wellness Workshops 3 - 90 Minute Workshops

Each month is a fitness and nutrition wellness workshop with guest experts.

Last Saturday of each month 10 am-11:30 am (recorded & available for replay)
