After studying yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, Ayurveda, and positive psychology, I have discovered there are specific practices that are most beneficial for experiencing greater well-being.

This 10-week program is the perfect solution!

It covers spring cleanse practices that will cleanse and nourish your body and have you shed excessive weight from the winter months.

It will provide you with simple and effective breath and mindfulness practices, to calm a restless mind and get a better night's sleep.

It will give you stretch and mobility exercises, as well as a yoga session for strength and ease in your body.


This is an all-level program with practices to improve cognitive function, regulate the nervous system, increase mobility and flexibility, and experience peace in your life.



Begins May 4th, every Saturday, 9:30 am to 11 am.

Program Overview

  • We begin with an overview of gentle and VERY EFFECTIVE Spring Detox practices for the body.

  • We then cover mobility exercises that you can practice, which will benefit greatly now and for future years.

  • You'll discover the most beneficial breath practices for calmness of mind.

  • I will show you wonderful mindfulness practices to incorporate into your daily life.

  • You then will enjoy a good stretch, and a gentle hatha class for increased flexibility and strength.

  • We'll cover habit-staking; an effective way to easily integrate these practices into your daily life.

  • As well as practices to improve cognitive function, which is SO important for better quality of life as we age.
