Regardless of your current lifestyle, level of fitness or age, Meighlin's unique approach to yoga, meditation and mindfulness will greatly improve your health and well-being. She offers specific and effective practices that calm the mind and create greater ease in your body.


Meighlin is trained in traditional Hatha Yoga, certified in Trauma Sensitive and Pre & Postnatal Yoga. She has also studied Positive Psychology through Harvard Health, is trained in Mindfulness, and studied Ayurveda, meditation, mantras and mudras with Dr. David Frawley at the American Institute of Vedic Studies.


She offers insightful and inspiring workshops, a transformational 12-week ENRICH Your Health & Well-being Program,

a 6-video series to increase mobility and flexibility,  a Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training, a 'Journey Through the Chakras' 7-week online course, and international retreats that nourish the body, mind, and spirit. She weaves the wisdom of Ayurveda, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology and the eight limbs of yoga into her teachings in a way that students can relate to and apply in their daily lives.
